To upgrade your actiTIME installation to actiTIME 3.0 Small Team Edition please follow the instruction below:
Make sure that you have the administrator privileges on the computer where actiTIME is installed.
Find out which installation package you need - Auto-Installation or Custom installation package.
You can find information on your actiTIME installation in the 'Help & Support' menu.
Click on the '?' button, select 'About actiTIME' option and the dialog box with necessary info will show up.
Download appropriate installation package for actiTIME 3.0 Small Team Edition from the download page.
Install the downloaded package according to the instructions listed in the Administration Guide:
There is no free upgrade option for actiTIME 2.x with the license for more than 10 users as well as for actiTIME with Management and Accounting Extensions.

Cost Review & Upgrading Instruction
Make sure that you have the administrator privileges
on the computer where actiTIME is installed and you are granted 'Manage General Settings' access right in actiTIME.
Open 'Settings' > 'Licenses' interface in your actiTIME installation.
You will see the details of your active license.
Click on the 'Purchase an upgrade' link
You will get the Upgrade page of actiTIME web site opened in a new browser window.
Cost of the upgrade will be calculated according to the parameters of your current actiTIME license.
If you decide to purchase the upgrade:
Set the number of user accounts and choose necessary extensions.
Then click on 'Proceed to Purchase' button to get to the registration form.
Fill in the opened registration form and click on the 'Review Order Information' button.
You will get the final page to review your upgrade package details.
Complete the payment procedure.
When the payment procedure is completed, you will get download link, license, invoice, and license key by email.
