How can I purchase actiTIME?

If you are already using a trial account of actiTIME Online, you can purchase the license directly from the product.

  1. Open the Settings → Licenses menu.
  2. Click on the Purchase License button, and
  3. Proceed with the purchase.

To purchase actiTIME directly from the website, please open the Purchase page, select preferred options, and proceed with the purchase.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as well as process payments through PayPal accounts. Also you can pay for actiTIME by wire transfer or check.

Important note for AMEX cards owners: PayPal transaction system does not accept corporate American Express cards. Please use another credit card or payment option.

Does my credit card data stay safe?

Yes. We don’t store your credit card details ourselves. Your credit card data is processed by third-party payment services (PayPal and Stripe) that follow strict data security standards.

On our side, we keep a copy of the license agreement and invoice. These documents contain some contact information. None of them will be shared with any organization.

What kind of agreement should I sign when purchasing actiTIME?

When purchasing actiTIME, you need to accept and sign our license agreement. Before the purchase, you can take a look at the Application Service Agreement (for actiTIME Online) and License Agreement (for actiTIME Self-Hosted).

Does actiTIME price include taxes?

actiTIME prices do not include taxes.

However, as actiTIME Inc. is a privately held Canadian company, Harmonized Sales Tax or Goods and Services Tax are added to the purchase for Canadian buyers.

Harmonized Sales Tax of 12-15% is applied for the following provinces: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island.

5% Goods and Services Tax is applied for other Canadian provinces.

Can I buy additional features and/or user seats later?

Yes. You can purchase additional user accounts or advanced features at any time.

Open the Settings → Licenses menu and select the necessary option: upgrade actiTIME to Pro, add user accounts, or just extend your license for the next service period.

Do you have discounts for non-profits?

Yes, we do. To get a discount, please provide us with a document proving your non-profit status. We will send you a promo code that you’ll need to apply during the purchase.
