What types of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as well as process payments through PayPal accounts. Also you can pay for actiTIME by wire transfer or check.

Important note for AMEX cards owners: PayPal transaction system does not accept corporate American Express cards. Please use another credit card or payment option.

Do you store credit card and contact information?

No, we don't. We redirect you to PayPal payment processing service to complete the payment by credit card.

We securely store a copy of the license agreement and invoice. These documents contain some contact information. None of them will be shared with any organization.

Should I sign any agreement when purchasing actiTIME?

Yes, when purchasing actiTIME you are to accept and sign our license agreement. Please look through the Application Service Agreement (for actiTIME Online) or License Agreement (for actiTIME Downloadable) before you proceed to purchase.

Does actiTIME price include taxes?

actiTIME prices do not include taxes.

However, as actiTIME Inc. is a privately held Canadian company, Harmonized Sales Tax or Goods and Services Tax are added to the purchase for Canadian buyers.

Harmonized Sales Tax of 12-15% is applied for the following provinces: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island.

5% Goods and Services Tax is applied for other Canadian provinces.

Does actiTIME have a box delivery?

No. actiTIME is delivered by electronic download.

When purchasing the product, you fill in the registration form where you specify an email. As soon as the payment goes through you receive by email:

For actiTIME Downloadable users:

  • the invoice;
  • license agreement;
  • the link to download and install actiTIME;
  • the license key to apply to the package after installation.

For actiTIME Online users:

  • the invoice;
  • service agreement;
  • exhibit;
  • the link to access your account and login details.
Will I be able to get additional user licenses or functionality later on?

For actiTIME Downloadable: you can add extra user accounts and/or upgrade to the Pro version at any time you need.

For actiTIME Online: new functionality will be added to your account throughout the year in accordance with the roadmap. You will also be able to increase or downgrade the number of licensed user accounts in your actiTIME whenever you need.
