The specified prices of actiTIME Extended feature packs are one-time fees. There are no additional monthly, annual, or per-user charges.

What type of payment is accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as process payments through PayPal accounts.

If none of the above works for you, you may contact us for receiving wire transfer / check writing instructions.

Do you store credit card information?

No we don't. We redirect you to PayPal payment processing service to complete the payment by credit card.

Do you store contact information?

We securely store a copy of the license agreement and invoice. These documents contain some contact information. None of them will be shared with any organization.

Is there any limitation on the number of users for actiTIME Extended?

 
No, the number of users is not limited and there is no per-user cost implied.

Will I be able to make some modifications to the software? Replace images? Edit its source code?

 
No. actiTIME Extended is not an open source software. Any source code modifications are prohibited by the License Agreement.

Is it possible to install actiTIME Extended over my current actiTIME version?

You can install actiTIME Extended over your current version of actiTIME as well as on the computer, where actiTIME has never been installed.

actiTIME Extended is delivered in following installation packages:

• Auto-installation package for MS Windows
  view upgrade instructions
• Custom installation package for MS Windows
  view upgrade instructions
• Custom installation package for Unix
  view upgrade instructions

You will be able to choose an appropriate installation package after purchasing procedure is completed.

Is there a risk to lose some data upgrading my current version to actiTIME Extended?

 
Although we have done our best to ensure the safety of your data through the installation and upgrade it is practically not possible to guarantee that these procedures are 100% risk-free.

To mitigate possible risks and avoid data loss, we recommend you to back-up existing database before upgrading.

Will I be able to upgrade from Feature Packs 1&2 to Feature Pack 3?

Yes, you will. Upgrade from Feature Pack 1 to Feature Pack 3 is available for $298 USD.
Upgrade from Feature Pack 2 to Feature Pack 3 is available for $130 USD.

Will I be able to upgrade to the newer mainstream freeware version of actiTIME in the future?

 
Such upgrade will require us to support cross-version migration of data. We will do our best to make it possible. However no guarantee could be provided at the moment.

Will I be able to downgrade actiTIME Extended after installing it over my previous version?

After installing actiTIME Extended over your previous version of actiTIME you will not be able to downgrade it.

Also you will not be able to roll back from Feature Pack 3 to Feature Pack 1 or 2 after installation of Feature Pack 3.
