The course offered by Cybrary educates on how to initiate, plan, and manage a project, as well as how to assess risks, develop and control schedules and budgets, and make sure the project is delivered on time. After the training, students are able to prepare a project plan and execute a project.

6. Short Project Management Course by Oxford Home Study Center

This short (just 20 hours) online project management course by Oxford Home Study College (OHSC) is an excellent opportunity to learn the basics of project management while working or studying. OHSC provides all necessary materials and sets no deadlines, so you can study at your own pace.

1. Complete PMP Exam Prep Course

The course is designed for preparation for PMP exam and provides all necessary theoretical knowledge and practical tasks for it. The certification includes 150 multiple choice questions that you need to answer in 3 hours. It needs to be maintained by retaking the exam every five years.

While there are no formal prerequisites, the course suits best for those who have a basic understanding of project management process and some practical experience in project environment.

The course consists of three modules: fundamental knowledge, practical project management training, and intermediate project management. After the course, students take an online exam. The APM certificate is valid for life and doesn’t require re-certification.
